Yesterday, the Governor of Indiana issued a Stay at Home Order for the state that takes effect tonight (March 24, 2020) at midnight and runs through midnight April 6, 2020. It’s important to understand that home construction has been deemed an essential business, allowing operations to continue, and that governments must perform services to support those defined essential businesses (i.e. permitting and inspections). In short, home construction will move forward as scheduled.
However, starting on Wednesday, March 25 all of our models will be open by appointment only and are closed on Thursday and Friday.
You can still view 360° Virtual Tours of any of our floor plans, our large inventory of Quick Move-In Homes or even call 317-842-1875 to talk to a Community Specialist.
At Silverthorne Homes we strive to take great care of the people in our communities and our Team Members. Thank you in advance for your patience as we navigate this challenging situation one day at a time and determine how best to continue our mission, to build great neighborhoods and homes for people to celebrate life.
