Realtor Co-Operation Guidelines

1. The realtor must accompany and register the Purchaser in writing (or call and make the appointment) on the Purchaser's first visit to a Sales Model.

2. The realtor Must:

Be Present at the signing of the Purchase Agreement
Assit in Purchaser with the loan application and permanent financing
Attend the closing.

3. Realtor acknowledges that the Arbor Homes has a price policy that is constant whether a sale occurs through the sales representative, the realtor, or the purchaser.
